Cookie policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
The short version: we only use essential cookies unless you say yes to more, and saying no is as easy as saying yes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels (tiny invisible images) and local storage, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.
2. Strictly necessary
These keep the site secure, remember your cookie choices, and make checkout and logging in work. They don’t need your consent, and you can’t switch them off here.
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they find us, so we can improve the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us anonymised clicks and scrolling so we can see where a page is confusing. It hides what you type into forms. We load both through Google Tag Manager, which sets no cookies of its own. Until you agree, nothing is sent to Google Analytics or Clarity at all.
4. Marketing (only with your consent)
When we advertise, we may use tracking code from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit, X, OpenAI (ads in ChatGPT), LinkedIn and TikTok to measure our own advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. They only run if you agree.
5. Your choices
Our banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category, with equal ease. Your choice is saved for six months. Change it at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
6. Changes
If we add new tools, we will update this policy and ask you again where your consent is needed.
7. The cookies we use
The booking calendar on our Contact page is provided by Microsoft Bookings, which may set its own cookies to make booking work. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details.
